You send us the route, date and number of passengers (form on the homepage). We check vehicle and driver availability, calculate an indicative price and send you a confirmation. The price becomes binding only after our confirmation.

Mainly the date (weekend / high season), waiting time, vehicle type, tolls and parking fees, and possible pick-up outside Prague. This is why the prices in the price list are indicative only.
Not always. For short transfers within Prague usually yes; for trips outside Prague, tolls and parking are added separately according to the local tariffs. This is always specified in our offer.
Yes, but please mention the age and number of children in your request. We provide child seats only upon prior agreement so we can prepare the correct type.
For fixed packages (Karlštejn, Terezín, Kutná Hora, etc.) waiting time is already included. For individual trips, every started hour of waiting is charged according to the price list.
Yes, throughout the EU. For international journeys, the price is always confirmed individually – including tolls, extended driving time and accommodation for the driver if needed.
Yes, all vehicles are rented only with a professional driver.
Minor changes are usually possible. If the route or waiting time changes by an hour or more, the price may be recalculated according to the current tariffs.
