PDR is a repair technique that removes dents without filler or repainting. The metal is carefully reshaped with specialised tools (usually from the inside) and, in some cases, gentle glue-pull methods from the outside.
If the paint is chipped/cracked, the panel has sharp creases on edges, or the dent is in a difficult structural area, a traditional body shop approach may be more suitable. Photos help confirm.
